Coconut + Carrot + Walnut Pate

Creamy Coconut + Carrot + Walnut Pate
#vegan

1 medium carrot, shredded
¾ cups raw walnuts
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 tablespoon carob powder
¼ cup water
2 tablespoon walnut (or olive) oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons paprika
seal salt, black pepper

Combine all ingredients in food processor. Blend until texture is smooth. Store in fridge for at least ½ hour before serving.
